The Green Line White Dots Initiative is a Nigerian social infrastructure development strategy conceptualised and proposed by MDG Investment Company Limited to catalyse and accelerate investment in social infrastructure across Nigeria. Implementation of the Green Line White Dots Initiative is undertaken by GLWD Investment Company Limited.

GLWD's mandate is to design, build, operate, and scale integrated social infrastructure, including basic and secondary schools, primary healthcare centres, sports complexes, and enabling city infrastructure, through a private sector led, sustainability focused model. The programme targets underserved communities nationwide and aligns directly with UN SDGs, notably SDG 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 17, as well as Nigeria's human capital development priorities.

Delivery is anchored on the Education City model. Each Education City is a 100-hectare master-planned zone that houses the Education Centre Complex, consisting of a school, a primary healthcare centre, and a sports centre. It also includes a broader city platform incorporating housing, commercial areas, roads, drainage, utilities, and transport, so that social infrastructure is delivered within a complete and functional community environment.

GLWD Investment Company Limited delivers social infrastructure through four dedicated project companies, each focused on a specific sector. Together, they form an integrated social development ecosystem designed to address Nigeria's most critical human capital gaps at national scale.
