Graving Dock
200 metres long, 75 metres wide and 9 metres deep, with an annual construction capacity of 200,000 Gross Tonnage, and an open basin of 15,000 m².
Ship Hull Factory
Manufactures vessel hulls using steel materials processed through pre-treatment, cutting, bending, and assembly, covering 22,000 m² (16m height).
Pipe Plant
Dedicated to the production of various marine-grade pipes required for ship systems, covering 5,000 m² (8m height).
Pre-treatment Plant
Used for surface treatment and preparation of ship equipment and structural blocks, covering 5,000 m² (10m height).
Blasting/Painting Factory
Temperature and humidity-controlled facility for high-quality coating and painting applications, covering 12,000 m² (18m height).
Assembly Workshop
Located adjacent to the dock, handles structural and systems integration, with an open Assembly/Offshore Area of 25,000 m² and an Erection Area of 10,000 m².
Steel Yard
Stocks and manages steel with magnetic and jib cranes, serving as the first stage of ship construction, covering 30,000 m² (bunded).
Steel Fabrication
Produces steel plates and fabricated components essential for shipbuilding, covering 10,000 m² (10m height).
