The OHL Trans-Nigeria Integrated Financial Services Project is one of the seven anchor projects under the MDG Project Nigeria initiative. This project establishes comprehensive financial services companies, including Asset Management, Mortgage Banking, Microfinance Banking, Insurance, and Pension services, strategically designed to support the MDG Project Nigeria and the Green Line White Dots Initiative Project. All financial services companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of GLWD Investment Company Limited.
The Five Phases of the Project
Phase 1: Asset Management & Finance Leasing
OHL Capital Limited will provide comprehensive financial services including asset management, finance leasing, consumer and business lending, project financing, trade financing, and financial advisory services.
Phase 2: Mortgage Banking Services
OHL Mortgage Bank will provide mortgage banking services including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, and real estate construction finance supporting the OHL Trans-Nigeria Urbanisation Project.
Phase 3: Microfinance Banking Services
OHL Microfinance Bank will provide microfinance banking services including SME lending, housing micro loans, asset finance, and digital banking solutions.
Phase 4: Insurance Services
OHL Insurance will provide qualitative and professional services in all classes of insurance business including non-life, life, health insurance, and investment management solutions.
Phase 5: Pension Fund Administration
OHL Pensions will provide pension fund administration services including multi-fund investment management and retirement benefits processing.
