The OHL Trans-Nigeria Urbanization Project is one of the seven anchor projects under the MDG Project Nigeria initiative. This project addresses Nigeria's critical infrastructure and urban development needs through sustainable, innovative solutions focused on integrated industrial city development, affordable housing, and commercial property development.
The project comprises two main phases:
Phase 1: Industrial Zone Development
OHL Industrial Zone Development Limited will manage the OHL Industrial City development, focusing on land leasing, embedded power distribution, and port terminal operations.
Phase 2: Property Development Operations
OHL Property Development Limited will manage residential and commercial property development, focusing on affordable housing units and commercial spaces for the MDG ecosystem.
All project implementation companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of GLWD Investment Company Limited and are strategically positioned to support the broader anchor projects while driving Nigeria's urbanization and economic development.
